Privacy Policy

NewMetrics ("the App") is a private reporting tool operated by New World Group ("we", "us"). It is used only by our authorized staff and by clients we have given an account, to view marketing performance for the accounts we manage. It is not offered to the public.

Information we access

• Google Ads data: campaign, ad, budget and performance data for advertising accounts we manage on behalf of our clients, accessed through the Google Ads API.
• Google Analytics data: website traffic and conversion data for properties our clients have granted us access to, accessed through the Google Analytics Data API.
• Google Sheets data: internal billing spreadsheets we maintain.
• Lead data: lead and inquiry records stored in our own database for our clients' properties.
• Account information: the name and email address of staff and client users who log in to the App.

How we use information

We use this information only to generate reports and dashboards for our internal team and for the clients whose accounts we manage. Client users can see only the data for their own accounts. We do not sell, rent or share this information with third parties, and we do not use it for advertising.

Google API data

The App's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Storage and security

We do not maintain a copy of Google Ads or Google Analytics performance data. That data is retrieved from Google when a report is viewed and may be cached temporarily, for a few minutes, to improve performance. The data we do store, including lead records, the account identifiers and settings needed to connect each client to their accounts, and copies of ad images used to display ads in reports, is kept on servers we control and is accessible only to authorized users. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect it.

Retention

We keep data only as long as needed to provide reporting to our clients, or as required by our agreements with them.
