NewMetrics ("the App") is a private reporting tool operated by New World Group ("we", "us").

1. Authorized use only

Access is limited to our staff and to clients we have given an account. Do not share your login. We may suspend or remove access at any time.

2. Acceptable use

You agree to use the App only to view reports for accounts you are authorized to access, and not to attempt to access other users' data, disrupt the App, or copy data for unauthorized purposes.

3. Data sources

Reports are generated from third-party services, including Google Ads and Google Analytics. We are not responsible for the accuracy or availability of data provided by those services.

4. No warranty

The App is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. Reports are for informational purposes.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.

6. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated terms.
